Properties: On the basis of the inherent characteristics of natural starch, in order to improve the performance of natural starch and expand the scope of application, physical, chemical or enzymatic treatment methods are used to change the original properties of natural starch, increase some of its functionality or introduce the new characteristics make it more suitable for the requirements of certain applications. Application
1) Application of modified starch in paper industry: Adding a certain modified starch to the fiber slurry can not only maintain the inherent characteristics of the paper, but also increase the tensile strength of the paper, increase the gloss of the paper, improve the ink resistance and printing performance, and reduce wear and tear.
