Application
1）CMC has function of thickening, emulsifying, suspension, water retention, tenacity strengthening, puffing and preservation in food. It can improve taste, promote product level and quality and prolong storage life.
2）Toothpaste: CMC can make the ingredients of toothpaste evenly mixed, so that the toothpaste is well formed, and the paste is delicate, clean and water-retaining.
3）Printing and dyeing: CMC has good fluidity, uniform dyeing, and high degree of substitution can reduce the reaction with reactive dyes, so that the printed matter has a soft feel, few gel particles and excellent colorability.
4) Oil field: CMC-containing mud is less affected by mold and does not need to use preservatives, with good stability and can reduce water loss. The drilling mud washing fluid treatment agent containing CMC can resist the pollution of various soluble salts.
5）CMC product is main adhesive of water-based negative electrode materials. The optimal amount of binder can obtain larger battery capacity, more cycle life and lower internal resistance.
6）CMC is used as excipient, plasticizer and fortifier of preform body in ceramic industry.
7) Washing: CMC can be adsorbed around the oil stains, so that the oil stains are suspended and dispersed in the water, and a hydrophilic film is formed on the surface of the washed items, thereby preventing the oil stains from directly contacting the washed items.
8) Papermaking: It is used in various processes such as pigment coating, slurry addition, surface sizing, etc. It has good water retention, dispersibility and excellent shear thinning properties.
