Properties: Sodium Acetate Anhydrous is a white powder, hygroscopic, soluble in water, soluble in ethanol.
Application
1. In food production, it is used as flavoring buffer and meat preservative. Control of clumping caused by fungi in bread production and for the preservation of cereals with higher water content;
2. In industry, as textile dyeing agent (mordant), photographic industry buffering agent, chemical reagents and medical intermediates;
3. In the chemical industry, Synthetic organic chemical products furan acrylic acid, acetate, chloroacetic acid, acetic anhydride and cinnamic acid raw materials.
